料理擺盤精緻，口味也不錯，尤其是素食壽司，很對我的胃口??
份量足，既使我的食量較大，仍然很有飽足感?
服務方面，既使人手不足，但是還是能感受到餐廳有拿出最大的熱誠來提供服務?
餐廳的環境優雅，尤其是外面的庭院，景觀佳，面積廣，令人心情愉悅??
料理中除了其中一個素鬆豆卷之外，均為避五辛的全素料理，即使宗教人士亦可安心享用?

環境空間不錯，餐點精緻。
整體上來說是挺喜歡的。
少給一顆星的原因是這次菜單內容的蛋白質含量比例偏低，對於長期吃素的人而言，長期這樣的飲食容易造成營養不良。不過應該也很少人會長期都到無菜單料理餐廳用餐吧⋯⋯
餐點口味有幾道偏酸甜，加上整份餐點纖維含量很高，很有通腸清宿便的效果。對於平日大魚大肉的肉食者而言，偶爾來這裡讓身體找回平衡應該不錯。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat down and was told do I want to pay $700 or $500. When I asked what we are eating we were told that there is no menu and even the staff didn't know what was in it but its vegan. Every dish they gave us was terrible. One of the dishes we ask what was in it but the only thing they told us was that it was hand made. Hand made what?! Food way over priced. Don't waste your time here.
