只有早上開的水煎包店。 轉角處的店面小小的,卻依然有提供三個內用的桌子。 品項很簡單,高麗菜跟韭菜的水煎包,還有鍋貼。跟連鎖的水煎包店比起來,價格便宜。 如果趕上剛起鍋,可以品嚐到熱騰騰的水煎包。半油炸的底部香脆而不厚,同時有著滿滿的焦香,外皮也不會到太厚。 內餡的部分,高麗菜跟韭菜水煎包雖然都是葷的,但必須說幾乎沒什麼肉。調味出乎意料的偏淡,需要加點調味料,也沒甚麼肉汁,甚是可惜。不過加熱過後的高麗菜,還是可以吃到甜味。 飲料有提供半糖或無糖,冷熱的選項。 如果沒有趕上剛起鍋的話,可能要等比較久。冷掉的話,油味應該會比較重,還是趁熱吃比較好。還不錯,但沒有到一定必吃。
