恆誼化工股份有限公司成立於西元1961年，初址設立於台北市，1964年建立頭份工廠，草創初期生產硫酸及硫酸銨供應工業及農業市場使用。70年代為配合國內肥料市場需求，本公司添購設備興建複合肥料廠、過磷酸鈣廠，成為台灣生產規模最大之民營肥料公司。 公司成立至今，經歷多次變革，期間除增添、更新設備外，也引進日資加入公司經營
