其實真的很普通, 牛肉麵的湯頭喝不太出牛味,也沒層次感。 滷味都是很鹹且蒜頭味很重的醬料, 食材原本的鮮甜及黃金蛋的香氣都被滷味的醬味蒜味蓋住了!
It's actually quite common, The beef noodle soup is not very beefy and has no layering. The lo-mei is a very salty and garlic-heavy sauce. The original sweetness of the ingredients and the aroma of golden eggs are covered by the sauce-flavored garlic flavor of the lo-mei!

稍微清燉(?)的牛肉麵? 沒有紅燒類味道那麼重 湯頭喝起來負擔不大 很清爽能夠一直喝一直喝 從小吃到大,一直是當地人的口袋名單之一 麵的份量非~~~常大碗(真心覺得份量是不是有增加哈哈哈) 感覺撈不到盡頭XD 有五塊牛肉 吃的很滿足 麵條不是寬麵條 但也不是一般的那種白麵麵條 吃得出來是用心製作的手工麵! 湯頭真的超級好喝,小時候來吃印象很深刻是把整碗湯都喝完,時隔十年後來吃湯頭還是一樣一級棒的! 有小菜可以夾,而且是炒滷味! 滷味會加一點辣,有聽到店員說如果不加辣就只是單純燙這樣 如果怕辣可以說微辣就好 (個人愛吃辣,覺得微辣就很夠味了喔!) 燙青菜的份量也是不讓人失望 平日11:20到就已經有3組客人內用,3組等外帶 吃完快12:00外面就蠻多人都在等外帶了 店家也一直接預定電話(大概40分鐘前預訂比較好喔) 生意一直以來都很好,想吃怕等的話建議一開店就趕快來喔!

(I really think the amount has increased hahaha) I feel like I can't get it out XD There are five pieces of beef, very satisfied The noodles are not lasagna, but they are not ordinary white noodles either. You can eat them as handmade noodles made with heart! The soup is really delicious. When I was a child, I was very impressed that I drank the whole bowl of soup. After ten years, the soup is still the same! There are side dishes that can be clipped, and it is fried lo-mei! The lo mei will be a little spicy. I heard the clerk say that if it is not spicy, it will just be hot. If you are afraid of spicy, you can say mild spicy (Personally, I like spicy food, and I think a little spicy is enough!) The amount of blanched vegetables does not disappoint There are already 3 groups of guests who arrive at 11:20 on weekdays, and 3 groups of guests take out. It was almost 12:00 after eating, and many people were waiting for take-out. The store also keeps making reservations by phone (it is better to book about 40 minutes in advance) The business has always been very good. If you want to eat and are afraid of waiting, it is recommended to come as soon as the store opens!

Always a line at lunch if you get there after 11:30. The beef noodle soup is amazing. The noodles are so Q. The plate of braised side dishes are a must. They have the best braised egg, it’s cold and yolky on the inside and complements the hot bowl of noodles nicely.

Cos B/T driving through and stop visit here, surprised the beef noodle very delicious.Today I ordered the popular beef noodle.But the only one not good enough was the marinade vegetables.(cabbage/cucumber)
