非常不好的購物經驗。 付款的時候說因為是新款所以沒有現貨,要2個星期的工作天。結果等了ㄧ個多月都沒跟我聯絡。打電話去詢問才說這款已經斷貨了?!那請問為什麼沒貨了也不會主動聯絡告知呢! 現在退款也是拖了在拖!絕對不會在購買了!

買了衣服賣家說一週左右可以寄送。之後才打電話說 斷貨了沒辦法出,問是否可轉為抵用金 以後用。 我說沒關係我選擇退款, 帶了信用卡、發票跟購物單結果店家說不行 還需要信用卡簽帳單,我說我沒帶到。但你們應該也有一份信用卡簽證單可以核對。 店家表示他們要找找看, 可能已經給會計。如果店裡沒有 我也沒有,那就只能轉抵用金。 我說但我不要抵用金。賣家卻表示如果雙方都沒有 那就沒辦法退款??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ 這是半強迫我要轉$5000抵用金嗎 多賣衣服沒辦法出貨, 不是我的問題吧?我又沒有喜歡其他衣服 為什麼要我拿抵用金。 由於不住市區 ,的確增加我不少麻煩。 雖然店家態度是友善的,但不是很好的購物經驗。

5月2號下午兩點半左右進到這家店、有要求她們把音樂關小聲點、他們的服務態度跟河南路的分店那一家差非常多、或許是因為自己是屬於中年婦女所以他們就不是那麼理會和重視。記得幾個月前去河南路分店(現在正在裝潢)對河南店兩位小姐的親切態度感覺非常好。想說假日去他們朝富店看看有沒有什麼新貨、結果失望而歸!也希望他們能夠再多進新款、整個店裡的氣氛還有銷售人員的服務是真的要需要再加強!誠心建議!

I remember going to the Henan Road branch a few months ago (now being decorated) and I felt very good about the kind attitude of the two ladies in the Henan branch. I want to say that I went to their Chaofu store on holiday to see if there were any new products, but I ended up disappointed! I also hope that they can enter more new styles, the atmosphere of the whole store, and the service of the sales staff really need to be strengthened! Sincerely recommend!

千萬不要跟這家購買,我買了一套全白的衣服收到的時候有大概三處污漬,店家叫我寄回去他們要看幫我看,重寄一套新的,(因因特殊的洗滌需求,所以不建議自己洗,萬一洗不好就不能換)收到的時候感覺很差因為覺得一整套也要大概快3000塊的套裝,竟然品質這麼差,quality control 很有問題,寄回去竟然說有三個人檢查都沒看到污漬,(我都拍照給他們看了,有三個地方髒髒的)然後回復也愛理不理的,我看退回去的包裹星期一就寄到了,都沒有回復我,過了五天我還自己打電話去問,到底收到了沒,是有沒有要幫我處理換貨,然後,一直說他們自己的商品沒問題,今天是一套快3000的衣服不是300塊,這樣的服務品質真的無法接受。而且運費也才80而已,都不願意出,這不是錢的問題是一個感覺問題,還不承認自己的錯誤。
