★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是一家百年老店，但是其將傳統漢餅做了口味、材料…的改良，以符合現代人（尤其是小朋友的喜愛）。
店內主推的是肚臍餅（台語：肚才），但我們全家首推的是（抹茶麻糬 & 紅豆麻糬），還有（芝麻蛋黃餅）也不錯吃！
另外值得一提的是，福堂餅店一向秉持著大器試吃（不怕你吃）的態度，反而讓來客數及回購的人數，始終能維持著歷久不衰的景況，這也算是其尊重、歡迎客人的經營長處吧！
（正所謂：吃人的嘴軟、拿人的手短）
 This is a century-old shop, but it has improved the taste, materials... of the traditional Chinese biscuits to suit modern people (especially the favorite of children).
The main recommendation of the shop is belly button pancake (Taiwanese: Ducai), but our family's top recommendation is (Matcha Mochi & Red Bean Mochi), and (Sesame Egg Yolk Pancake) is also delicious!
It is also worth mentioning that Futang Bakery has always upheld the attitude of tasting (not afraid of you). Instead, the number of visitors and the number of repurchases can always maintain a long-lasting situation. Respect and welcome your business strengths!

小肉餅好吃！

古早味小肉餅 第一次吃到這口感 介於餅乾與糕餅之間 整體紮實 外皮微脆 裡面稍微Q彈 吃起來有肉的鹹跟麥芽的甜 滿特別的
肚臍餅就是外皮酥脆的綠豆小月餅 有點甜
黃金酥餅 不用買 酥皮比較厚 有點濕 層次還好 買大甲奶油酥餅比較好
小芝麻蛋黃餅 內餡是蛋黃+花生 吃起來沒重點 蛋黃味不重 花生味也不重

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次經過三義一定會買的伴手禮———福堂餅行，旗艦店是在通霄，頭份斗煥坪水餃附近也有一家分店，推薦他們家的肚臍餅，不同於傳統的外皮，他們的皮吃起來是有層次一層層的酥脆口感，咬下去餅香味跟豆沙餡香氣濃郁，非常好吃?，會一口一口的吃，是非常適合搭配咖啡、茶的茶點，還有他們也有賣傳統大餅，也有做小餅尺寸，一個人也不怕吃不完
