非常的不像三商巧福的口味
牛肉麵難吃沒味道
明明應該是牛肋條 裡面卻是牛腱

只是隔板上面湯汁及髒污沒及時清潔
會讓後面用餐的人感覺不好
清燉牛肉麵湯頭意外得比紅燒還好喝
有些牛肉塊很乾柴
麵體過爛沒口感
泡菜不合胃口
豬耳朵表現優良
飲料機飲料糖漿表現正常
自助式酸菜及辣椒顯得大氣

店內還是採用自助回收區
吃完後要自行把空碗盤收到指定的地方
但桌面並沒有做到確實的酒精消毒清潔就讓下一個客人使用了
食物普普重點衛生上真的要好好加強一下
感覺會是個大破口

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃了20多年的三商巧福，第一次看到滿滿的一層油浮在湯上，麵條又太軟。以為這種連鎖餐廳應該會有一定的SOP維持品質，讓客人可以不用查評價就能安心前往，但這間三商巧福不知道是不是因為在休息站，沒有太多的競爭對手，又或是沒有好的教育訓練，讓我的用餐體驗非常差。除此之外環境非常不好，很多的桌上都是前一位客人所留下的湯漬跟油漬。
After eating Sanshang Qiaofu for more than 20 years, for the first time I saw a layer of oil floating on the soup, and the noodles were too soft. I thought that this kind of chain restaurant should have a certain SOP to maintain the quality, so that guests can go there without checking the reviews, but I don’t know if this restaurant is because it is in a rest stop and there are not too many competitors, or It was the lack of good education and training that made my dining experience very poor. In addition, the environment is very bad, and many tables are filled with soup stains and oil stains left by previous guests.
