我在Yahoo拍賣網買了一台全不鏽鋼的大同電鍋,剛買回第一天鍋蓋掛勾不穏勾上去鍋蓋會掉落,第一時間就有跟賣家反應了,賣家說他是在mono 購物台買的,請我自己打電話去mono 購物台反應, 反映了好幾個月都沒人處理,也都沒接到回電,今天是假日,再次致電去mono 購物台, 歷經數個月後,購物台終於不再請廠商回電,直接跟我說明處理方法:拿我家的大同電鍋及購買憑證去附近的大同門市請他們處理看看,我抱著一大台電鍋,走至離家拿最近的大墩門市請店員處理,店員一直說掛勾不在保固範圍內不肯幫我處理,我拿出購買憑證他們連看都不看一眼,不問我原因就一直跟我說掛勾不在保固範圍無法處理,我是拿到電鍋的第一天就勾不上去了且鍋蓋會滑落,是因為購物台一直推托才拖到現在,才幾十塊的便宜掛勾,大同這麼大間的公司都不肯處理,店員態度又非常惡劣,新我抱怨了一下才拿出一個中古的呱呱叫我回去掛我在Yahoo拍賣網買了一台全不鏽鋼的大同電鍋,剛買來時鍋蓋掛勾夠不上會掉落,有跟賣家反應了,賣家請我自己打電話去mono 購物台反應, 反映了好幾個月都沒人處理,也都沒接到回電,今天再次致電去mono 購物台, 歷經數個月後,購物台終於說明了解決方法:拿電鍋及購買憑證去附近的大同門市請他們處理看看,我拿到大墩門市時他們一直說那個零件不在保固範圍不肯幫我處理,我拿出購買憑證他們連一眼都不肯看,不問我原因就一直跟我說掛勾不在保固範圍內無法處理,我是拿到電鍋的第一天就勾不上去且鍋蓋會滑落,有第一時間跟客戶才反應,購物台一直沒有處理才拖到現在(但迄今尚在保固範圍內),才幾10元的便宜掛勾,大同這麼大間的公司都不肯處理,店員態度又非常惡劣,經我不斷抱怨,才拿出一個破舊的中古掛勾給我自己裝上去,感覺好像被當乞丐一樣,讓我對大同公司的信譽好生失望,真是一次非常不愉快的購物經驗.
