血的教訓!10.24號晚上寫畢業論文的電腦突然無法開機⋯⋯在Google上看到這家評價不錯。老闆當晚報價5500,說26號可以開始修,大概28號修好,當晚只收了300檢修費,說如果在這裡修好的話,之後可以退還。 結果27晚上老闆來電說問題比想像的嚴重,零件加電池要9500塊,並且還要再等一個禮拜才能修好⋯⋯ 因為我論文投稿時間馬上要截止,想要先把資料拷出來,因為我硬碟空間不夠大,不能全部備份,老闆當時說可以讓我自己操作要備份哪些文件,結果第二天去店裡又說只能他來操作,因為我的文件都散落在各個文件夾,無法一一說明要哪些檔案,所以無奈只好大體上本分一些最重要的,很多文件還是沒有備份,這樣老闆算我優惠價300元,但其實對我來說還是沒有用⋯⋯ 終於過了一個禮拜11.3號晚上老闆又突然電說:這次的配件還是還是不行,還要再從其他地方叫配件,報價還會更高,從明天開始算再等至少一個禮拜才能修好⋯⋯ 我當時想要不修了,直接拿回來,但是他說電腦不在店裡,送去其他地方,今晚拿不到,於是我答應繼續檢測,繼續等他第二天報價。他當時說我急用電腦的話可以先借我一台,我也非常感謝,雖然後來也沒有用,但還是謝謝老闆。 原本說第二天4點給我報價,結果到9點也沒有,我原本預約的Apple官方店維修時間不斷延後取消,最後我打電話詢問老闆說大概要16000,不包括電池3000塊。我聽到之後真的沒辦法接受,決定不修了直接拿回來,但老闆說電腦不在店裡要明天才能拿。 11.5號晚上終於拿回了電腦,當時老闆在吃橘子,電腦上有很多螞蟻。最後老闆再收我500塊零件費,當時說沒有修好我也要出一部分錢,店裡出的是大頭,我要求把那個零件給我,老闆說是一大塊零件不能給我。 於是最後將近兩個禮拜的時間,花了總共1100,沒有得到任何有意義的幫助,甚至都不知道叫來的零件在哪裡⋯⋯ 昨天終於有時間拿去Apple官方修,結果剛剛接到電話 【說電腦裡的配件有被破壞的痕跡,有很明顯的切割痕跡,零件有可能被調換過,因此官方不能再幫我修⋯⋯】 我聽到之後直接傻掉⋯⋯明明老闆說只是做檢測而已,根本沒有維修,但電腦主機板卻遭到了破壞⋯⋯官方說可以幫我免費把硬碟取出來,自己去買一個讀硬碟的機器,資料就能完整取出。所以不知道當時老闆說有些資料無法讀取是什麼原因⋯⋯ 總之這是我人生最後一次在非Apple官方店維修,浪費了時間與金錢,花錢搞到官方都無法維修,把整台電腦報廢掉⋯⋯太慘痛了!!!如果當時不是因為論文迫在眉睫,絕對不會隨便在外面修的,血的教訓!希望各位Apple用戶一定要引以為鑒! (老闆人確實讓人覺得蠻熱情,而且也主動借我電腦很感謝,但是最後我決定不修去取電腦的時候感覺很不爽⋯⋯我本來當時是有打算如果官方報價太貴的話再繼續找這家修,但是今天接到了Apple打來的電話後讓我徹底絕望⋯⋯自己花錢把電腦徹底報廢掉,我真的不能接受⋯⋯ 即便如此,我還是希望我沒有被騙⋯⋯希望我的情況只是我自己倒霉,其他顧客不要再有類似的經歷了。

價格清楚 不會亂喊價 會跟你的預算跟想要的需求討論及建議 不會推薦更貴的設備或有的沒的 當我覺得不需要時老闆也不會硬推薦/強迫 當下(沒客人)也會馬上幫我檢查 不會像一般店硬要把電腦留下來才可以檢查 重點到最後老闆還給了折扣!!!
