★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不好意思，請問你們員工素質都沒有在管理的嗎？因為購買的商品有問題拿回店裡想麻煩你們測試一下，結果態度那麼差是怎麼回事？把物品歸還時還摔到了，沒道歉就算了還說：「摔壞了剛好可以買新的。」 請問這樣的員工你們怎麼請的起呢？你們要怎麼讓客人再次上門消費呢？服務業最基本不就是服務客人嗎？服務業很辛苦沒錯，所以當客人在尊重你們的專業時，也請這位員工多多尊重自己的工作好嗎？
