★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好幾本資料送去訂裝成冊，拿到的時候資料順序不對，小姐說不是他們的問題，沒辦法確定是員工造成的問題這就算了，送回去問那邊一位小姐說能幫我用到好嗎？她說沒問題，結果再次回去拿的時候跟我說要重新收費，為什麼送回去請她處理的時候沒有提到要收費只說沒問題？，結果去拿才發現要收費，感受非常差，拿到的成品好幾本封面也沒有完全蓋住內頁，這樣的品質跟服務我會選擇別家。
Several documents were sent to be bound into a book, and the order of the documents was wrong when they were received. The lady said it was not their problem, and there is no way to determine that the problem was caused by the staff. Is it alright? She said it was okay, but when she returned to pick it up again, she told me that she would charge again. Why did she not mention the charge when it was sent back to her and only said it was okay? , But I found out that there was a charge when I went to get it, and the feeling was very bad. I got several finished products and the cover did not completely cover the inside pages. I would choose another one for such quality and service.
