在伊坊墊上瑜珈上有好幾個月了,看著空中瑜珈有新開課,想說來挑戰自己能力,今天就帶著期待及忐忑不安的心情來上空瑜,說真的對我來說空瑜,根本是超級新手,上課過程中情緒,包含了有開心、挫折、有趣、疑惑下個動作是要怎麼做,老師教學方式很有趣,老師在做動作時,我心想哇靠!這也太難吧!呵…一氣呵成自己好像也可以做得到,雖然姿態沒有到100分的優雅,但對我來說終於踏出這一步!自己也是很棒的!在布條包圍整身體像個蟲蛹般,我覺得好舒服、好放鬆、好安全,也謝謝我朋友帶我來到伊坊,期許未來的自己能越來越好。

靠近東區與太平的交界處, 樓下是一家24小時的大藥局, 對面有一家全家, 停車可能路邊要繞一下才會看到停車格。老師很有耐心且很溫柔喔~ 很喜歡這種一對一的教學,疫情過後在家裡睡了太久的時間,肩頸都很酸痛,這次是先上呼吸療癒瑜珈(應該是這個名字),透過腹式呼吸法調整自己的狀態,把最近的負能量都吐出去,很舒服!老師會針對個人狀況,細心的調整每一個部位,推薦!

一直以來我都很挑剔瑜珈教室,如果人太多或是老師耐心不足的,我其實都很無法適應,最近好不容易小型教室陸續開放,跟著朋友一起來體驗這裡的課程!!~ 我在做完一堂課瑜珈後,都可以感覺到身體放鬆、很舒服,心情也跟著好起來。老師這裡也有教空中瑜珈,下次有機會再來試試看! (對了,這裡沒有其他瑜珈教室的味道,有的瑜珈教室不知道為什麼都有一種..可能特殊的瑜珈味道吧..有一種香的味道...我個人很無法適應...這裡是一種清香的感覺,比較舒爽)
