★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帶小孩看過兩次等再久也沒有感覺到不舒服。
但上星期去看診時，護士因小孩1.0的視力表比不出來一直在遷怒，對小孩很不友善，說孩子都沒認真比，小孩眼睛正在不舒服，也跟妳說看不到了，一直咄咄逼人真的很反感，醫師再好也不會再去。
After taking the child to see it twice, I didn't feel uncomfortable after waiting for a long time.
But when I went to see the doctor last week, the nurse was irritated because the child’s 1.0 eye chart could not be compared, and he was very unkind to the child. Being aggressive is really disgusting, no matter how good the doctor is, I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯服務態度極差無比，感覺好像別人欠她錢，去過之後又看到很多負評都因她而起，真心建議診所可以把她fire了。
The service attitude at the counter was extremely poor. It felt as if others owed her money. After I went there, I saw many negative reviews because of her. I sincerely suggest that the clinic can fire her.

非常理解生意興隆工作人員忙不過來
但這次再約診 護士一開始回覆就態度不佳
說話語氣讓人不舒服

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫師都很有耐心也專業又很有醫德，是家很有良心的診所，已經帶媽媽去看診超過四年了，剛開始護理人員的態度確實有點不適應，但去了多次後發現她們有時候真的太忙有的病患又很盧，其實都是好人，唯一能讓我抱怨的是沒有座式馬桶，媽媽蹲不下去要上廁所很困擾，希望能改善！
The doctors are very patient, professional and ethical. It is a very conscientious clinic. I have taken my mother to see the doctor for more than four years. Sometimes I am really busy and some patients are very rude. In fact, they are all good people. The only thing that can make me complain is that there is no seat toilet. It is very troublesome for my mother to squat down to go to the toilet. I hope it can be improved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看診拖拖拉拉櫃檯掛號2：00 跟14：00在那邊糾結五分多鐘，看個眼睛重複問兩次頭髮是不是剪了左邊問完問右邊請問一下是眼科嗎？明明沒什麼人9：00掛號看到10：00多才好，會不會太誇張，也不是醫學中心，服務專業都讓人質疑欸？！
The doctor procrastinated and registered at the counter at 2:00 and 14:00. I was tangled over there for more than five minutes. I looked at my eyes and asked twice if my hair was cut. After I asked the left, I asked the right. Is it an ophthalmologist? Obviously no one registers at 9:00 and sees more than 10:00. 而是很多民眾全部都只想聽自己的沒有認真聽護理人員跟醫師的建議去執行吧= =
我自己也來過幾次沒有遇到很差的態度
聲音也許大聲點
但有些長輩耳朵就聽不太清楚不大聲他也聽不清楚啊！
然後一群鯛也搶著插隊
醫療業不是服務業
在旁邊等看診的我也看不下去= =
不是你付了掛號費你就是老大好嗎？
