★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d say it’s very mixed flavor, Thai, Japanese, and mainly Taiwanese flavor. It is still pretty good, but it’s not like I’d like to go regularly good.
I like the noodles stiffness, and actually the mixed soup is rich, sour, salty together. I’d love to go again for chicken leg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive By saw the line since the place we were going to were closed, figure give this place a try. Waited an hour for a seat. The counter sitting is quite cozey
. The couple next to us help us order. We ordered the pork and beef since they ran out of Chicken. Took 20-30 minutes before our bowl came.... after all the wait it came with a little vegetables, few pieces of meat, and the special sauce....soup was light broth with a lot of lemon add to it. The Thai ice tea was great, got to give 5 star to that. Overall a little pricy for what we had. I like Southeast favor, but this was a little disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pork bowl with Chinese noodles hit the spot. The fried egg was an extremely nice add-on that suited the broth, which was neither too sour nor too oily—all in all very nice and refreshing. Though distinctly Southeast Asian style, I surmise that some fusion took place to suit Taiwanese taste buds.
The place has a nice ambiance, starting with the bowl o’ noodles signpost outside and the low windows allowing you to peep in at this tucked away gem. The ramen-ya setting and Japanese music were enjoyable, and the interior decor hints at the owner’s interests.
One of the employees (or perhaps it was the owner himself) helped me order in English, and I felt that service was very good (water and utensils are self-serve however which was fine by me).
