初嚐散壽司，餐如其名，真的是散的壽司。壽司飯上素鬆的酥脆口感，搭配軟嫩的香菇，口感清爽。臥虎藏龍（虎年應景，哈）和湯品，稱得上是每回必點的選項。店內餐點、現點現作，值得等待與期待！

菇菇蓋飯150，像香菇拌番薯粉煎蛋，外層有灑中藥胡椒粉，份量對女生來說很多，有附一小碟小菜，燙青菜60，有免費熱飲。 老闆很熱情會介紹每樣菜，5張內用桌，環境整潔舒適，附近有嘟嘟房停車場。

Very responsive (in Chinese) over Google Maps messaging: I asked whether they would be open over the Tomb-Sweeping Holiday, and they quickly confirmed that they would. I looked at the menu (also only in Chinese) and asked if they offered a brown or purple rice option for the rice dishes. (They don’t.) So I ordered the vegetable roll, but the chef came out and asked if I had tried their signature dish 臥虎藏龍 (pronounced “wòhǔ chánglóng”, literally “crouching tiger, hidden dragon”) before. It’s pickled cabbage and carrots wrapped in a crispy tofu skin that they use soy milk to make. I hadn’t and asked to switch out my order. No regrets: it was absolutely delicious and low-carb, and I would definitely order it again. They were happy to put my takeaway order in the glass container I brought so that we could all save the extra garbage. It did take a little longer than I was hoping to wait for my order, but it can’t be helped since they make everything to order. Great value, friendly service, and tasty food!

Genuinely delicious and budget-friendly. Freshly cooked from best ingredients. Owner and everyone in his team treat each guest as a good friend. This place makes it really easy to opt for healthy meals. We especially enjoyed our pine nuts fried rice (not oily at all), pumpkin soup (tasty as it could ever be), vegetables, and red beans dessert (which is kindly gifted to each guest). We also happen to witness a big family celebrating B-Day, who purposely came here from Hsinchu! They have special meal plans for big companies, that you can discuss over the phone prior to your visit. Place itself is very neat and is located in a relaxed area full of nice-looking cafes and spas. Mind that parking can be sort of a small issue on weekends - the closest lot is next to ChunShuiTang restaurant. Definitely will get back here again soon.

Very tasty and affordable vegetarian cuisine. Ingredients were top notch quality and all the dishes was clearly made with thought and care. Each dish is made to order, so don’t expect fast food timing here. Owner is friendly and passionate about the food - not a ton of English spoken, just ask for their most recommended dishes and enjoy! (Tip: The pine nut fried rice is on point.)
