If you want good service, this isn’t the place. There’s no passion in his career anymore. It’s the most depressing balloon place I’ve ever been to.
謝謝您的回覆,我知道價格一直在漲,我也不是只去過你們的氣球店,因為我很喜歡氣球,所以朋友生日三不五時就會找氣球店買氣球,氣球讓我很快樂。我知道氣球的價格,我不滿意的不是漲價這件事,第一句我就說了價格是合理的,我不滿意的是老闆那個好像我跟他買東西還得罪他的態度。我會給兩顆星而不是一顆星也是因為你們價格是合理的。第一次我跟他打電話問氣球怎麼買的情形是這樣的:「最普通的氣球會飄的怎麼賣?」「(已經滿口不客氣)你要幾顆?」「(想說買的顆數不一樣,價格也會不一樣)買幾顆會有差是不是?」「阿你到底要幾顆?」「如果我要20顆呢?」「一顆30」「那只要1顆呢?」「就跟你說一顆30,那你到底要幾顆?」「那我20顆就好」「你要什麼顏色?」「有什麼顏色?」「什麼顏色都有,你要什麼顏色?」「那就金色5顆,粉紅色3顆..」「你來了再決定(掛電話)」為什麼我要跟他買東西還要被這種態度折磨?他知道其他的店(我再次聲明30塊是很久以前,現在都漲到40我知道)都很直接的就報價給我嗎?到了現場,門是鎖的,每一次門都是鎖的,他在裡面看電視,有的時候根本不在店裡在家裡,人在不在店裡沒關係,重點還是他的態度讓人不舒服,真的好像我要跟他買東西還得罪他。每一次買氣球就要有心理準備會買的很不開心。買氣球是快樂的事,在這邊買氣球就一點也不快樂,他一點熱忱都沒有,沒有微笑沒有問候沒有服務精神,還會抱怨我買的不夠多,錢不夠他賺不夠打平他的開銷。我真的氣到了才會寫這篇。價格大家都是一樣的,服務品質會決定大家去哪買東西,謝謝您。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, this is the worst balloon shop I’ve ever been to. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this is the third time I’ve been to this shop and I’ll never go again. I wanted 5 gold balloons and he said I had to buy 100. His door was locked and I had to call for him to begrudgingly come down. I speak fluent Chinese so it wasn’t a communication error. In my opinion, this is one of the rudest shop owners I’ve ever met.
