今天星期六中午1點多去購買茴香與高麗菜口味(建議帶保冷袋,水餃是冷凍的),我第一次到這個攤位,老闆很熱心的解說煮水餃的方法~水滾後,把水餃一顆一顆放入,再煮8~9分鐘;並且還介紹水餃沒有加太白粉。晚上在家煮了一盒茴香水餃(10顆),水餃煮熟後的大小比乒乓球還要大一點,皮真的不一樣,而且裡面有湯汁。

從剛開始吃到現在,口味已發展得非常多樣化,每一種都好吃,每一種都值得嘗試。不是那種只換主料不換配料的內餡,各種內餡都有獨特之處,而且每一顆都有滿滿的內容,絕對能讓人一吃就成主顧。 譬如長豆水餃,能吃到長豆的鮮美與口感,還有絲瓜水餃,煮熟後的絲瓜湯汁沁入內餡之後,一口咬下那鮮甜滋味就迸發出來,都是難得一嚐的好味道。其他還有許多口味,就不一一列舉了,買個幾種各挑幾顆混在一起煮,看看會吃到什麼,也是一種樂趣呀!! 適口味的水餃很大顆,如果要做成煎餃,建議要多放一點水,我的經驗是10顆得放到220ml左右,才能好好地煎熟,做成冰花煎餃會有煎麵皮的焦脆風味,也相當推薦呀!!

很大顆!市售水餃1.5倍大!口味很多,目前吃過韭菜,好吃!以後會繼續吃其他口味。 2021/10/15 更新吃過的口味,新增九層塔、高麗菜、茴香,也補充上次韭菜口味的感受。 韭菜:經典水餃口味,但如上次提到的,他是一般水餃的1.5倍大,而且內餡中點綴了些許的紅蘿蔔(如果沒看錯XD),吃完後撇除個人對韭菜的偏好外?,紅蘿蔔的甜讓韭菜香的內餡更滿足,也因為是點綴而已,怕紅蘿蔔味的也不必擔心,韭菜粉可以嘗試看看。 九層塔:餡料中包著較大片的九層塔,咬下後滿滿的九層塔香迅速充斥口腔中,因用以較大片的九層塔包於內餡裡,咀嚼時九層塔香還會不斷的釋出,但相較來說葉子感也比較重。 若喜歡九層塔,挑這口味沒錯! 高麗菜:餡料中的高麗菜在用煎的方式料理完後,仍然保持脆口,而且豬肉與高麗菜混合的內餡有個特別香氣,可以跟韭菜香比拼了!常見兩派的水餃口味,若原本你是韭菜派的,在這買高麗菜也不會失望。 茴香:較少見的內餡選擇,在秋季與冬季比較能嚐到的美味,吃完後口齒留香。較細碎的茴香跟豬肉均勻的混合,茴香的香讓豬肉內餡少了點油膩,卻帶出豬肉不一樣的甜味。沒吃過茴香口味可以嘗試看看,但已知不喜歡茴香的人可以三思XD
