r	rain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 推【蔡慶皇院長】服務超親切又有耐心，加上專業建議及判斷，真心推薦此院的醫師，至於【幫檢查視力的護理人員】部份，請診所務必再給多加強訓練，帶小孩視力檢查，此護理人員態度極差，因她個人的不專業沒將投影調整好，導致小孩無法比出正確方向，反責怪小孩，超沒耐心+表情語氣極差，告知是因為她沒調好投影，請她回頭看看，最後我想大概是因護理人員自知理虧嘴閉緊了，所以連抱歉的話都說不出口～唉 [Cai Qinghuang Dean] The service is super friendly and patient. With professional advice and judgment, I sincerely recommend the doctors in this hospital. As for the [Nursers who help check eyesight], please be sure to give the clinic more training. The child’s eyesight was checked. The attitude of the nurse was extremely poor. Because of her unprofessionalism, the child could not be able to compare the correct direction. She blamed the child, super impatient + extremely poor expression and tone, and told that it was because she didn’t adjust the projection. Good projection, ask her to look back. In the end, I think it was probably because the nursing staff knew that they had closed their mouth tightly, so I couldn’t even say sorry.

K	KS CHE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小孩原本去大墩11街近文心路的那家眼科，但驗光室光線昏黃不亮，令人感到不準確！這裡比那家明亮！小孩也在這邊定期檢查近視度數，點散瞳劑，至目前仍有控制住。二位醫師都看過，都很親切的說明小孩的檢查結果。只是人多的時候就要等1小時左右。1樓的櫃枱及領藥人員態度就感覺平平，沒有什麼感覺不愉快的經驗，也沒有感覺特別親切！ The child originally went to the ophthalmology department on Dadun 11th Street near Wenxin Road, but the light in the refraction room was dim, which made people feel inaccurate! Dr. Cai is very attentive and nice, and the clinic environment is comfortable and warm. Optometrists, nursing staff, beauties at the counter, and pharmacists are all very gentle and patient, and there is no trace of impatience even for a long time of mydriasis. C	Claire Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生會主動講解針眼形成原因，很棒有兩點建議： 1.希望一樓可以有顯眼叫號牌，可以知道目前需要等幾位，在一樓掛號完，上二樓發現要等十幾位，有點傻眼。 2.希望藥師可以講解清楚一點，不是每個人都知道眼藥膏要塗抹在下眼瞼。

旋	旋風 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 極度推薦蔡醫師??? 候診的時候就有發現醫生很有耐心都會細心的跟病人解釋我是打烊時間倒數第二位看診的醫生完全沒有因為要打烊了就隨便應付很仔細的跟我解釋針眼戳不戳破的利弊讓我自行選擇本來心裡是有點害怕戳破針眼的因為上次在別家診所是坐著讓護士壓住頭再戳針眼所以有點陰影但這次看診讓我安心非常多是躺在床上醫生幫我上麻藥再戳過程中也都會說現在要戳了現在幫你擠膿現在可能會有點痛讓我在治療過程安心了許多然後驗光師也不錯發現我是高度近視還熱心的提醒我最好每年要做視網膜檢查原本自己是都去榮總檢查因為榮總有位眼科醫生看診也是很仔細都會很仔細的檢查視網膜但這次看診經驗讓我覺得蔡醫師也是一位非常細心仔細的醫生，之後會找時間來這邊做視網膜檢查
