★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃過一次就愛上的拉麵店！！吃過幾家價格差不多的拉麵店 都會覺得麵跟湯分開 不是一道料理 ? 湯頭也不夠濃郁⋯
這間湯頭濃郁 有肉！有溏心蛋！還只要這個價格 真的CP超高 *( ᐛ )و ！
而且有來用餐 真的推薦點 唐揚雞！！
皮酥脆 肉吃起來有嚼勁Q彈又多汁 熱熱吃剛剛好！搭配旁邊的配料沾醬 爽口！ 推推！
絕對會再回訪的拉麵店！也值得推薦朋友的一間拉麵店！
 A ramen shop that I fell in love with once I tried it! ! I have tried several ramen restaurants with similar prices, but I always feel that the noodles and the soup are not the same dish ? The soup is not strong enough...
This soup is rich and meaty! There are soft-hearted eggs! Also as long as this price is really super high *( ᐛ )و !
And if you come to dine, I really recommend Tang Yang chicken! !
The skin is crispy and the meat is chewy and juicy, just right to eat hot! Pair it with the toppings on the side for dipping sauce and it's delicious! Push push!
A ramen shop that will definitely come back again! It is also worth recommending a ramen shop to friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆☆期待值太高反而意外落馬的普通拉麵。
豚骨拉麵湯頭普通不算濃郁，麵體本身稍硬，叉燒部分很一般，整體表現差強人意。
叉燒飯的叉燒吃起來偏乾不嫩，價位落在70也沒有比較便宜。
唐揚雞麵衣裹的算薄這點倒是比很多家唐揚雞皮厚肉少好，但可惜雞肉本身味道沒有很出色。
全部綜合起來價位不算貴但CP值不高。
☆☆An ordinary ramen whose expectations were too high but unexpectedly fell.
The tonkotsu ramen soup is generally not rich, the noodle itself is slightly hard, the barbecued pork part is very general, and the overall performance is unsatisfactory.
The char siew of the char siew rice tastes dry and not tender, and the price is not cheap at 70.
Tang Yang chicken is thinly wrapped, which is better than that of many Tang Yang chicken skins, but unfortunately the chicken itself does not taste very good.
All in all, the price is not expensive but the CP value is not high.

This is a real Japanese 豚骨 ramen.
Smell is as same as in Jpapanese.
And ramen is not so expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very popular among college crowds, usually need to wait for a while to get a seat. Shopkeepers are polite yet busy making ramen most of the time so this is probably the reason why customers don't get much attention. Very simple interior design, concrete walls, tacky decorations from 100 yen shops in Japan. Canned sodas are available in fridge yet quite pricey, well, because they're imported from Japan. Soup is greasy, noodles are not that satisfying either. Personally I really hate chopped wood ear in my ramen, esp. when the wood ear is not soft and chewy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered tonkotsu ramen with thin noodle. Portion is slightly smaller than expected, chashu is tender and tasty. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Priced reasonably at 130twd. Sadly the chashu rice was sold out, will try another time.
2nd visit: ordered ramen and chashu rice!
Crashing rice is very tasty. Will come back again!
