★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前我有個朋友得憂鬱症，換了好幾個診所都沒有起色，對醫生這職業早已不信任，甚至開始出現自殺的傾向，直到遇到詹醫生之後才有所改變。因為我們都是選比較少人的時間去，有時候可能會講超過半個小時，而詹醫生都會靜靜地聽完病人說的話，途中不曾催促過病人或是露出不耐煩的神情，並在聽完之後再嘗試以專業的角度去給予自己的意見。此外，第一次看完診之後，詹醫生甚至還會提議與病人保持聯繫，去了解病人的狀況來衡量是否要改變藥種或是用藥量。在醫生的幫助下，我朋友現在也已經幾乎痊癒，真的很感謝詹醫生！

With the help of the doctor, my friend has almost recovered. I really appreciate Dr. Zhan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來這裡看診及拿藥都逾十幾年了！不是不會好，是慢性病需要固定藥物長期治療，而服務人員都和藹微笑，不會像有病患說的冷漠不關心，可能是個性有點敏感尖！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新址的領藥動線很不方便，在一樓掛號後，還要等拿健保卡，再走上二樓等看診領藥。
在停車不方便的情況下，讓人更焦慮不安怕車被開罰單，樓上樓下跑。
沒辦法直接在一樓安心等看診領藥。
而且，一樓掛號的行政人員。態度冷陌，說話毫無溫度，讓我感覺自己像被貼標籤的身心障礙者。
我就只是睡不好，想拿個安眠藥而已，不是身心障礙者啊！

There is no way to directly wait for the doctor to receive the medicine on the first floor.
Moreover, the administrative staff registered on the first floor. My attitude is cold and I speak without warmth, which makes me feel like a labelled disabled person.
I just can't sleep well, I just want to get a sleeping pill, not a disabled person!
