In the flower garden to the right of the entrance to the school, there is a monument to the founding of the school built in 1932 during the Japanese occupation period. It has a history of 86 years. However, a closer look reveals that the inscription in the central plain "Taisho 3 years" was destroyed and re-engraved as "The 3rd year of the Republic of China".
