109年度11/18~19的鄰長文康活動! 辦的還可以但都是去免費景點四處遊走! 唯一亮點就只有木柵動物園跟住深坑福容飯店 第二天的行程都是購物的觀光工廠! 安排的餐廳也都滿掉漆的菜色都滿一致的沒什麼多變化!吃的有點膩! 我的建議是可以把酒錢轉嫁到餐食方面會更好!

參加過多少旅遊,此次市政府里鄰長旅遊經驗是由史以來遇到最爛的。 首先每到一個景點時,隨車小姐導遊默契不好,都不會指引旅客如何走,咧如:廁所或集合地點如何走,沒什麼責任。 其二:司機都會趁旅客去玩時在車上抽煙 ,等旅客回來時一上車都可聞到煙味,此次旅遊車上還有些小孩子耶!很沒素質。 其三:臨時改變行程,沒什麼配套方案,大家都不知下一行程要去哪?有些景點當天沒開放,也不搞清楚,臨時換行程,旅行社人員自己討論臨時行程,時間就耗掉了半小時多了!耗掉的時間才來壓縮旅客的時間,更扯的是開了一個多小時的路程到了景點區,卻只剩下下去上個廁所就上車了!逛的時間根本沒有? 其四:遊覽車司機態度很差,不太理人,又常擺個臭臉,到了飯店叫人先不要下車,結果自己下車不知跑到哪了!把所有旅客全關在車上一臉驚恐。

上車就講錯機關的名子(專業在哪?) 一路上沒有景點介紹,小姐永遠只會問要唱歌還是要看影片... 去到一個景點甚麼都沒有介紹..只說(來喔...拍個團體照要核銷用的....真專業)..去了第一個景點 一堆人根本不知道從何走起..我們的領隊小姐呢?在哪裡?晚餐更是不在話下的厲害...說多了都是淚!!!! 第二天以為會好轉..並沒有!! 佳樂水風景區=等接駁車的行程 花了將近半小時等接駁車,搭了05-10分的接駁車→下車拍5-10照片→在等5-10分接駁車→上車往下一個景點...結束第一回合等到大家都累了.... 最後一個行程真的是誇張.. 竟然沒有事先調查華僑市場有沒有營業,就這樣兩台車到了地點結果沒有開!!! 最後也沒有跟活動承辦人溝通是否要改興達港..就直接下決定要往興達港,造成整個行程大延誤..往興達港的路途中已經有人忍不住想要廁所,領隊小姐還直言要直奔興達港!!! 總結.. 專業我真沒有感受到,認真的在車上倒茶算嗎? 參加那個多次活動第一次遇到行程中的地點沒有營業 ((不是臨時公休..而是固定消毒日)) 品質好在哪裡? 真的都感受不到 這些種重的失誤..也不是第一次發生 要不是因為這家得標..否則真不建議選擇阿~~~~
