09/20因為機車面臨排氣檢測未過,到貴公司進行2000千元大保養,換了空濾、火星塞,排氣檢測順利通過,此時服務態度良好。

剛大保完的兩個禮拜,基本上除了有時稍微難發動、催油門有時沒吃到油之外沒什麼問題。

前往上班途中已有嚴重催油門吃不到油的狀況,但油表顯示有油。上班結束機車完全發不動,懷疑油表顯示錯誤推去加油,還是發不動。當下直接打給貴公司,請我將鑰匙交給他們隔天處理。

致電貴公司,表示火星塞濕掉,且是我發不動卻一直按發動鈕所造成,已換掉火星塞(200元),這天貴公司口氣開始變差,覺得我問問題在找麻煩。
請問貴公司,如果機車本身大保後沒有問題,我需要一直按發動鈕嗎?所以是一開始發動就有問題,才後續造成火星塞濕掉。
不是說大保後機車就應該完全沒問題,但至少講點有邏輯性的話。且大保時就已經換一顆全新火星塞了,再換一顆新的卻不做其他任何處理,那顆火星塞還不是會壞掉?
貴公司解釋含含糊糊,想問清楚點就口氣不好,消費者沒有知道問題點的權利?不知道問題在哪怎麼有底要花多少錢修?

已換新火星塞的機車,還是出現按發不動的狀況,且催油吃不到油的問題也還在。馬上到貴公司反應,年輕員工聽到狀況直接叫我鑰匙留下機車留下。當下沒聽清楚蛤了一聲,員工直接大聲喊叫“鑰匙留下機車留下”。態度極差,請問貴公司這句話是命令句嗎?都不用考慮我會不會用到車?
當天未做任何處理,只說他們發動沒問題。(所以是我在騙人?)

今天機車又發生按發不動的狀況(花一分鐘發動),已知店方惡劣態度特別將畫面錄下來,騎回貴公司反應,年輕店員看了影片,“機器是死的人是活的,按發不動要配合催油門發動”,然後無限撞牆說“你看我現在一發就發得起來阿”
1. 我的觀點這樣的狀況車子就是有問題,噴射車不該催油發車才發起來,你卻叫我催油發車並表示這是變通??
2. 我當然知道熱車發動沒問題,但冷車發動就是有問題阿!在東西壞掉之前反應給你們也變得是我有問題?
總結:
在這處理車子已1年左右,之前都是換機油居多,沒遇到什麼問題所以態度都還不錯,但一遇到維修狀況有疑問,惡劣的態度馬上就出來了,修不好又不溝通處理問題,不會再去
