食物美味：5/5 水舖牛肉軟嫰可口，鹹淡度恰如其份，盤底附的豆芽鬚根很仔細的被摘除掉，讓人吃到嘴裏很爽口。貴妃醉雞香味十足。
食物衛生：5/5 無可挑剔。
服務品質：5/5 我們一入坐，就奉上免費的滷花生，韓式泡菜和「多喝水」礦泉水一瓶。我們用餐快結束時，主動詢問需要將吃不完的食物打包嗎，細心親切，飯後又招待西瓜4片。
用餐環境：桌面潔淨，空調溫度適切，座椅有軟墊及靠背。
C/P值： 5/5 共花費$470 值得我花的每一分錢。
Shanghai Residence gave me a very satisfying dining experience. The following is my detailed explanation:
The food is delicious: 5/5 Shuipu beef is tender and delicious, and the saltiness is just right. The bean sprouts and roots attached to the bottom of the plate are carefully removed, making it very refreshing to eat. The concubine drunk chicken is full of fragrance.
Food hygiene: 5/5 impeccable.
Service quality: 5/5 As soon as we sit down, we offer free braised peanuts, Korean kimchi and a bottle of "drink more" mineral water. At the end of our meal, we took the initiative to ask if we need to pack the food that could not be finished. We were attentive and kind, and we served 4 slices of watermelon after the meal.
Dining environment: The tabletop is clean, the air-conditioning temperature is appropriate, and the seats are upholstered and backrests.
C/P value: 5/5 A total of $470 is worth every penny I spend.

很少有外省菜與法餐同樣速度上菜，中間一度認為已經吃完了
