★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常糟糕且沒效率!要一份買賣契約書要很久!也沒辦法給一個正確的日期繳交，再來就是高玉純直接回覆沒辦法!連協助幫忙的意願都沒有!致電到服務處，接電話的李小姐，第一句話並沒有介紹自己是誰，基本的電話禮儀都沒有，還怪人態度差，詢問何時可以拿資料，告知我一或二，我說星期一要拿，就告知我星期二中午以前，請問這是什麼樣子的做事效率?可以周一給的東西一定要延到周二?收費貴不打緊，態度才是最讓人不舒服!希望可以找些有服務態度且有水準之公司
 Very bad and inefficient! It takes a long time to request a contract of sale! There is no way to pay it on the correct date, and then there is no way to reply directly to Gao Yuchun! There is no willingness to help! Call the service desk and pick up Miss Li on the phone didn’t introduce who she was in the first sentence, she didn’t have basic telephone etiquette, and she had a bad attitude. She asked when we could get the information and told me one or two. I said that I would get it on Monday and just let me know. Before noon on Tuesday, what kind of efficiency does it look like? What is given on Monday must be postponed to Tuesday? It does not matter if the fee is high, the attitude is the most uncomfortable! I hope I can find some companies with a service attitude and high standards.
