加上有孩子能團聚的每週電影院，哪有社區有電影院的，有也是設備不好，內有沙發區電影座，音效一流，投影超大螢幕彷彿進入電影院一般，想像自己一周看一部電影在自家的影院，那種心情是用金錢無法衡量的！
學區也是很方便的優先選項，環境也保養的非常好，房價當然也是直直攀升值得自住，投資的好的地標物件。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This well-managed community is situated in a very convenient location. Some facilities like movie theater, swimming pool, gym, meeting room, etc. are built in for daily activity and communication of the residents.
A Family Mart and Carrefour supermarket are all within a walking distance, about 50-100 meters away. Many small local Taiwanese restaurants, hairdressing salons, and beverage vendors can be found easily. About 15 mins by car to get to Taichung’s train station and less than 30 mins to High Speed Railway station.
