目前吃過最香酥脆的酥皮 入口前就先聞到碳香味 內餡醃肉香濃跟外皮配合剛剛好 冷了還是很酥脆 回烤也不影響風味

現在的價格是一個35 鹹酥餅有點像胡椒餅,肉不是一整塊的 ,普通 甜酥餅裡面的餡看起來像牛舌餅的焦糖一樣 還不錯吃 炭香味蠻夠的

外皮香酥,內餡甜而不膩,熱熱吃好香、外酥內軟,讓我吃到一半馬上又再去買,我個人偏愛甜酥餅,古早味讓人欲罷不能。 建議先打電話預訂,詢問老闆什麼時候出爐可以拿,去了才不用等。

驚為天人,可能台中北區一代最好吃的燒餅。根據作法和樣式,應該屬於閩式燒餅(有待高手指點)老闆和老闆娘都有年紀了,好像不是很固定開,有幾次在寫開張的時間來,也是撲空。但是吃到都值得拉! 在旁邊等待的過程,看到老闆把手伸進爐烤桶子,上來後脫下手套,發覺老闆的手根本應該長期燙傷了吧?難怪上來還要拿不同的手套交換戴,也可以理解他們為什麼常常休息,因為做這個餅真的是非常辛苦。 希望老闆和老闆娘都身體健康,繼續供給大家好吃的燒餅。
