★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 廟方管理不善大有問題，因為疫情不讓人上樓情有可原，一樓的地藏王菩薩門不開（跟疫情有何關係？）和香爐根本沒人清理（不知道幾天的香了，新的香根本沒地方插），去問管理部只說師父會清，是師父還沒睡醒嗎？大年初一看到放祖先的地方像廢墟一樣，誰能接受？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 端午節想說提前1天去拜祖.到門口大門深鎖 無法進入祭拜.打電話詢問也都沒人接聽.好不容易到下打通.得到的答案是疫情嚴重不開放祭拜!很想問貴單位能否有告知寺內不對外開放的事先公告管道.已經不是一次無法進入並且無法聯繫.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可否在慈善寺院網站上公告開放時間，我們兩三次從大里開到北屯，大包小包祭品結果撲空不知道該怎麼辦，網路也查詢不到已經因為疫情閉寺訊息。可否請行政人員將訊息發佈在網站上，這樣信眾才能有所依循，而非只是門口一張小小的告示而已。謝謝！（2021年清明節、端午節、中元節）
