沒想到台中市居然可以有這麼道地的川菜 它的花椒,真的是香氣十足 大幅提升每道菜的品質 完全是色香味俱全 上次點了香辣烤魚 每道烤魚都可以單點三個配菜 除了必點的娃娃菜、黃豆芽和黑木耳外 另外還加點了腐竹和寬粉 這個寬粉真的是非常道地的紅薯粉,吃起來非常彈牙,但要小心不要煮過頭 水煮牛則是一上桌讓我們嚇了一大跳 份量驚人 而且牛肉完全沒有裹粉,卻可以維持一定程度的軟嫩 裡面還有放了娃娃菜和黃豆芽 嗆辣土豆絲和醋溜高麗菜則完全仰賴炒工和鍋氣,吃起來也是非常爽口 酸辣粉裡面有放了老闆自製的酸豆 大腸土豆粉裡的大腸也是滷的恰到好處,很入味但不會過於軟爛,而且大腸洗的很乾淨,完全沒有味道(因為我個人很害怕大腸沒洗乾淨的那個味道,所以很敏感) 我覺得這一家的厲害的是: 1. 香料用的很好,愛吃川菜的應該都知道,川菜的靈魂就是在這些香料上,但好的香料價格也很高貴(像是台北名店老罈香),但以這家的價位和香料品質,真的是讓我覺得相當物超所值 2. 這家的調味很有層次,雖然每一道看起來都是黑黑紅紅的,但每道菜的辣、麻、酸、鹹卻都不一樣,像是水煮牛的辣味就跟香辣魚完全不一樣,而看起來很像的大腸蕃薯粉和酸辣粉也是一放進嘴巴內就知道是完全不一樣味道 非常推薦愛吃辣(尤其是麻辣)去品嚐看看,雖然菜色不多,但目前吃了兩次都覺得沒有遇到雷 記得要選大陸口味,能吃辣的,可以點中辣以上?

四川成都的餐館,最棒的是老闆還貼心的在菜單上列明顧客要吃的是大陸口味還是台灣口味,而且香料均是從四川買進來,讚?? 因為想吃酸菜魚,所以選擇了這家川麵道,點了一份大份酸菜魚、口水雞、泡椒炒雞胗,還有三個麵食:重慶小麵、紅油抄手和酸辣粉。 重點大菜還是酸菜魚,覺得魚片切得厚了點,湯頭口味還行。口水雞份量很足,麻辣鮮香。麵食類還不錯,但抄手過大,反而不易入味。 總體而言,對於酸菜魚,還是有點小小的失望,其它菜色口味也是一般,沒有驚艷。不過改天還是要在店內消費,不要外帶,如此才能第一時間感受最真實的口感。
