酸辣汤很有小时候的味道，可以自行再多加一些胡椒粉才会辣一点
辣味干面对于爱吃辣的人来说应该算是完全不辣喔，干面是油面的面体，45元算是蛮大一碗的
酱料区有许多选择，还有葱和腌辣椒，这倒是蛮少见的
现场有提供免费的红茶

I’ve been out of society since high school for 3 years, and I’m a little girl who eats hot and sour soup dumplings all over Taiwan. Because Qinyi is close to home, I often come here, but I always have five stars in my mind. Xingda shop, really delicious! The material is so real, it takes a long time to go there to eat to be satisfied~

興大店有發票，不知道為何這間沒發票？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最愛吃他們的蛋花湯餃跟酸辣湯餃. 還有招牌炸豬排乾麵. 真的好吃. 不過水餃口味只是一般般. 自助醬料區的醬料. 如果用的是好一點 : 香香麻辣的辣油醬. 沙茶醬. 豆拌辣醬. 生辣椒醬. 烏醋. 白醋. 醬油. 醬油膏. 香油. 蒜泥. 薑泥. 細蔥末... 等. 多樣化的醬料區. 生意應該會更好. 或者調配好的3種醬料( 傳統蒜泥味 )( 麻辣油味 )( 沙茶味 )自取. 對於口味一般般的水餃. 有絕對的加分作用. 現在的醬料區太陽春. 希望業者能改善。
I love their egg drop soup dumplings and hot and sour soup dumplings. They also have their signature fried pork chop dry noodles. Really delicious. But the dumplings are just average. Spicy Chili Oil Sauce. Sand Tea Sauce. Bean Mixed Chili Sauce. Raw Chili Sauce. Black Vinegar. White Vinegar. Soy Sauce. Soy Sauce Paste. Sesame Oil. Garlic Mash. Ginger Mash. It should be better. Or you can take the prepared 3 kinds of sauces (traditional garlic flavor) (spicy oil flavor) (sand tea flavor) by yourself. For dumplings with average taste. Chun. Hope the industry can improve.
