炒麵拌ㄧ拌吃起來調味滿剛好，沒有醬汁不足的問題，添一點辣油蠻加分；菜頭湯及格，湯頭夠味、蘿蔔軟嫩；豬耳朵就沒必要點了，煙燻味是蠻足的，但是調味不夠，太清淡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炒麵大份的40，不是現炒的，是做好放在蒸籠保溫，麵似乎是只是燙過而已，然後淋上肉燥完結。 麵沒有鍋氣、沒有炒過的味道，建議如果是果腹可以，不要有太多期待。
大腸湯$45，只有5塊剪得很薄的大腸，稍嫌小氣。湯有很濃的自來水味，大腸沒有腥味。
白菜滷…太可怕了！一個塑膠味很重
