★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真心一顆星都不想給，因為不是專業的所以來資詢建管科，沒有任何經驗也不清楚要帶什麼資料，想說先來詢問看看，結果一到現場，諮詢師態度傲慢，還大聲笑說你什麼資料都沒帶喔？還真的什麼都沒帶？？
我直接傻眼回說，我就是沒經驗才來這邊諮詢，就是不清楚要帶什麼才來這邊詢問，拜託，如果不想工作可以乾脆待在家不要出來好嗎？????

超級親切的服務,不急不忙的要我慢慢來就好，一遍又一遍的為我解說，讓人好暖心!!
接電話的工作非常辛苦，有時可能還會被罵，還能一直保持熱心的工作態度真的很了不起，連臨櫃小姐都說他是真的從一開始到現在都保持這種熱心的態度，我和臨櫃小姐都好佩服?
希望政府有看到可以給這位熱心的先生一個鼓勵?
現在太缺乏這樣的人了！！（正能量）

The work of answering the phone is very hard, and sometimes I may be scolded, but it is really amazing to maintain an enthusiastic work attitude. Even the lady at the counter said that he really maintained this enthusiastic attitude from the beginning to the present. , I and the lady at the counter both admire it ?
I hope the government can give this enthusiastic gentleman an encouragement ?

不是所有人都這麼專業的了解所需要的資訊，因為不想造成貴單位的麻煩才會打兩通電話過去詢問，沒想到態度竟然可以這麼差。
不耐煩的回覆 "你們公司不是已經打過來問過了嗎? 為什麼還要再問呢?"
那請問貴單位某位先生，您昨天吃飽飯了今天還要不要再吃呢?
做人真的不用如此刁鑽，如果可以不麻煩別人，誰會想要造成別人的困擾呢?
連到現場接洽辦公的時候態度都可以如此不屑，真的為了其他認真努力態度好的公務員們好好的檢討一下吧，否則大家都會覺得所有的公務員態度都這麼差勁。

You really don't have to be so tricky to be a human being. If you can't trouble others, who would want to cause trouble to others?
You can even have such a disdainful attitude when you approach the office at the scene. Really review it for the sake of other civil servants with a serious and hard-working attitude. Otherwise, everyone will think that all civil servants have such a bad attitude.
