★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 使用這家軟體已經超過十年了！ 前年跟他們購買了兩台新電腦配兩套軟體。 使用上一直有問題。 剛買時詢問以前的那套， 在某些只能用英文搜尋時， 都會自動把注音鎖起來。 但這套不會， 那時還說研究出來會來幫我們改， 結果就沒下文了！ usb口壞掉， 還在保固期， 要我們把電腦拿回去， 也不派人來看。 也沒給維修時間。 另外這套軟體一直有閃退的問題， 但不是一直發生， 跟他們反應， 只是叫我們舊檔不要開。 現在就算沒開舊檔， 也會一直閃退。 下次我們換軟體， 會換鼎新的。
