其實並不是第一次來用餐? 但這次有不一樣的體驗 有了想評論的動力? 板前料理是可以有很多互動的機會 一切就看當天師傅如何表演 沒錯!就是表演 因為這次用餐很像看了一場秀?? 師傅除了表演精湛的廚藝之外 還表演脫口秀? 逗得大家笑的合不攏嘴哈哈哈 至於好不好吃呢? 因為初魚有 熟 成 冰 箱! 超級誠意? 不好吃都難~~~?

第一次嘗試無菜單日料 做了很多功課決定選擇大家推薦的 入門店家 —— 初魚 鮨 一來它是連鎖餐廳 (在台北有好幾家分店才開下來台中) 再來是 比起其他無菜單日料它的價位也蠻親民的?(再做功課時看到的幾乎都是$2000-3000還有更貴的⋯ . 這次我們吃到了這些⋯ (有些真的記不太起來?一直跟師傅說拜託再講一次好嗎哈哈哈) 沖繩海藻 ❤️澳洲龍蝦 生魚片 北海道的干貝 海鮮茶碗蒸 銀鱈魚 西京燒 九州 真鯛 鹿兒島產島縿(白甘 青甘魚握壽司 ❤️小鯽魚握壽司 ❤️長崎縣鮪魚背腹肉 ❤️螢光烏賊鮭魚卵鋪飯 ❤️龍蝦頭味增湯 檸檬巧克力蛋糕 . 吃下來蠻飽的 食材很新鮮 口味也很驚艷 (私心最愛螢光烏賊鮭魚卵鋪飯 跟各種握壽司 真的很滿意這次的用餐 所以下次要去嘗試同品牌的初魚 鐵板燒❤️

喜歡生魚片的一定會喜歡,食材都很新鮮,吃得來很愉快,會再來光顧,師傅現場展現刀工給食客觀賞,看師傅一道一道做出來更覺得好吃,也會將餐點一個一個客人得給,還說明是什麼食材(雖然我都忘了,只記得好吃)。除了固定餐之外,終場還會提供加點的食材,有點小貴,不過是真的好吃!

坐在位置上看師傅處理各式食材,就是一種視覺與味覺上的饗宴,細心而專業 用餐環境與上菜速度都還不錯,海鮮與牛肉的表現皆滿意,甜點部分就有點普通 定位需要先全額匯款完成才算定位成功,這點有點麻煩……
