★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不用多說就是超級名店，建議剛出爐的時候就直接吃掉會比隔天還要好吃很多，但是就算放了兩天，還是比其他家的蛋黃酥好吃太多太多了！
至於跟彰化的不二家相比，我覺得兩者的分數沒有差距，而是特色上的差別而已
如果可以的話兩家都要買來吃?
 Needless to say, it is a super famous store. It is recommended to eat it directly when it is just out of the oven. It will be much better than the next day, but even after two days, it is still much better than other egg yolk crisps!
As for the comparison with Changhua's Fuji, I don't think there is a difference in the scores between the two, but the difference in characteristics.
If possible, buy both of them to eat ?

皮有茶味但較厚，餡再多點會更好吃，內餡就是冬瓜餡+一點蛋黃，覺得還可以，沒有特別的厲害，也許蛋黃酥會較好

蛋黃酥：外皮香酥，紅豆內餡甘甜，鹹蛋黃味道不重，偏金沙口感，一口咬下能夠感受到餅皮、內餡與蛋黃無論是口感還是味道上的完美融合，連不敢吃蛋黃的人都敢吃，非常棒。

Inherited from a famous shop in Changhua, it is completely different from other egg yolk cakes with strong egg yolk taste or obvious egg yolk taste. 蛋黃酥真的好吃，應該是採用了些法式酥皮點心的技法，口感跟一般的台式蛋黃酥不一樣
跟當日團購彰化不二坊的蛋黃酥比，好吃很多
本來我以為不二坊買到假貨，因為油耗味有點重，不過後來跟不同團又團購2次也是一樣；也許有朝一日到彰化不二坊現買再比看看
茶鳳凰酥反應比較普通，不過還是適合配茶的小點心

The egg yolk pastry is really delicious. It should be some French pastry techniques. The taste is different from the general desktop egg yolk pastry.
Compared with the egg yolk cakes in Changhua Buerfang, which were bought by the group on the same day, it is much more delicious.
Originally, I thought that Buyerfang bought a fake product, because the fuel consumption was a bit heavy, but it was the same with two different group purchases later. Maybe one day I will buy it now at Changhua Buyerfang and compare it.

First time to stop by, quite delighted experience here. Egg yolk and lemon pastries are both yummy, I prefer egg yolk one. Cash only with GUI/Government United invoice.
