說好的全國電子就甘心還真的完完全全沒感受到 買台冰箱送貨的時間一拖再拖,一改再改,也完全沒打電話通知,打去客訴了才還牽拖是師傅沒事先告知才延後送貨,如果師傅有問題你們怎麼都不處理?一句「師傅也沒跟我們說」就了事,是當消費者都吃飽沒事幹就等你們送貨嗎? 我們怕新冰箱不好進屋已經先將舊冰箱撤掉,結果打電話問才說送貨會延誤,我們東西壞掉誰負責,竟然還叫我先裝回舊冰箱靠餘溫來冷藏?! 態度超級消極,處理問題方式也極度不佳,完完全全無法推薦,是因為旗山就你們一家全國電子就可以這麼隨便的服務客戶嗎?
