原本看到不是白米,有點懷疑他好不好吃,但吃第一口!覺得超級Q!沒有很重的穀味(? 咬起來反而是那種淡淡的米香,我原本以為是五穀米,準老闆娘還好心的跟我科普,他們家用的是黑秈米,是米王,不腹脹,可以每天吃ㄉㄛ!? 再來是主食,肉的部分,這次點的是烤腿、香烤雞胸跟牛小排,我本來是抱著覺得做便當的,牛肉做好吃應該有挑戰的心態、但想看看他們家的厲害的心態點的(?但他們的牛是嫩的,而且咬起來是有知的那種~我覺得能把牛駕馭,其他的肉應該也差不到哪,除了嫩以外,因為是主打低卡、少油、少鹽、但不是水煮沒味道的招牌,所以用的是少許橄欖油料理的,所以肉的香氣有出來外,他們的便當吃起來是有層次的,但是沒負擔的那種!?? 雖然是不專業點評,但真的有驚豔到欸,難怪哪麼快就要開分店了!不是業配喔~就真的覺得是值得買的便當,看的出來是有用心選擇每一樣食材的店!?

每次去內用店員都超級客氣,飯少還幫我補菜、內用也有折扣,且菜色都煮的很好吃(燒肉、牛肉推推),感謝總是給加班的社畜吃到八點,最友善的健康餐空間?

我沒動過喔 真的很客家 這樣$125 我把飯換了地瓜 但這份量跟網絡上的也差太多了吧 也沒有感覺食材很新鮮 所以125值不值看你 只說肉的話調味挺可以

去年搬來附近後,很快就成了客家媳婦的常客。 相較於其他健康餐盒店家,客家媳婦在食材處理、油品選擇和調味上,都算是很出色,價錢也很合理。 一試成主顧後,和男友把所有菜色都試過一輪,最得我心的還是烘烤無骨雞腿排,烘烤的時間拿捏得當,調味簡單卻總不讓人失望的體驗。 照燒的口味很重,適合喜歡重鹹口味的人;鯖魚、牛小排和檸檬雞處理中規中矩,泡菜雞則有一定的辣度,不適合怕辣的人。 為了避免使用一次性餐具,通常會自備保鮮盒外帶,或者選擇內用。 因為食物和長期下來的交流,我一直覺得會給評價五顆星,不過真的平心而論,其實還是有需要反應的地方。 內用的狀況有點多,首先是店內排油抽風效果不夠顯著,吃完常常全身都是味道,怕衣服頭髮沾染烘烤味的人就要避免內用。 再者,人手調配經常不足,桌上常擺滿用過的餐盤沒收拾,沒有地方坐,常客們會自己稍微整理空間。 如其他評價,老闆和老闆娘常因出餐忙碌而吵架,這點我用餐時自動屏蔽不成干擾,所以一年多來也不太在意。倒是做不好的工讀生常常被斥責臭罵「講幾次了這個也不會、你這個也不會還會什麼」……我覺得若覺得不合適可以換人,如果有原因而不能撤換,那就改變管理和說話的方式,一直羞辱員工,無法讓人真的把事情做好或因有成就感而更上心。每每看到那個男孩子,總是哭喪著臉在工作,覺得這間店也太不開心了。後來幫忙的女孩子靈巧,氣氛便有改善。 最後決定不再吃客家媳婦的原因是有次約了朋友內用,當天店裡忙碌,我七點前先在櫃檯跟老闆點好兩份餐,老闆表示食材只剩烘烤雞,要等20分鐘左右,我表示沒關係,先在旁邊等候朋友停車。十多分鐘後,一位太太出現點了兩份烘烤要外帶。 我知道餐飲業通常在兩份時間相近的餐點下單時,會優先處理外帶單,因為內用客人可以稍坐等待,但通常單據是前後三、四分鐘的差距內。約莫19:20左右,老闆讓等不到五分鐘的太太帶走了兩份烘烤雞,然後才轉身跟我說「我們沒有飯了,只剩一份可以嗎?」 跟老闆認識一年多來,我第一次面無表情地看著他,覺得這個問題很荒謬。我約了朋友來吃飯,我提早很多時間點餐結果現在說一份會沒飯,應該是要告知晚來十幾分鐘的太太說沒飯了才對吧?!而不是讓這位客人帶走了我的餐點,然後跟七點前點餐的我說缺料。言下之意問我接不接受烘烤雞又要等、又沒有飯,我真的覺得想問「哪裡可以?」 老闆感受到我覺得這狀態很離譜,所以又默默地回去重新用第二份烘烤和新的飯,我們最後在19:40左右開飯。 我覺得客家媳婦不主打服務態度沒關係,這是店家的選擇,但是該有的待人處事和原則還是要有。所以在瘋狂支持客家媳婦一年後,決定再也不吃了。 To sum up: nice ingredients and taste, poor dining atmosphere, communication and restaurant management skills.
