不喜歡寵物的朋友一定可以感受到社區內的規範都是為了寵物設立，無法正大光明的走出社區大廳，因為社區環境會產生髒亂及嚇到小朋友，對於社區的環境品質著實用盡心力付出，完全沒有歧視的意味，真心為了社區住戶服務，是個對自身要求很高的社區。
