弘學苑為弘光科技大學推廣教育中心嶄新品牌，擁有斥資千萬打造豪華廚藝教室、烘焙教室、髮妝教室、會議室、研討室；推出最有生活品味的廚藝、烘焙、親子、美髮、美容、手作、企業包班等課程，也提供私廚派對、場地租借等服務。

弘光科技大學推廣教育中心於1993年成立，以熱忱(Enthusiasm)、創新(Innovation)、專業(Professional)、優質(Excellent)為核心價值，致力推廣社會人士所需要的學位與非關學位的多元學習機會，建立亞太地區健康與民生產業訓育領先品牌。2002年起開始辦理各縣市政府委辦之職業訓練、2003年承辦台中縣海線社區大學。在2013年起更連續榮獲TTQS訓練品質評核系統評核金牌殊榮。
為服務更多民眾的學習需求，於2016年在台中大墩設立教育中心「弘學苑」，秉持「專業訓練 貼心服務」的精神，邀請學界、業界專業名師親自授課、搭配完善及富有設計感的教室，以及課程前後的貼心服務。融合專業廚藝學苑(Food)、時尚美麗學苑(Fashion)、藝術文創殿堂(Fun)和創業培育搖籃(Future)打造F4藝術教育品牌，將時尚生活化、生活藝術化、藝術普及化，提供學習者更豐富、更便利的進修服務，奠定健康與民生產業訓育領先品牌。
「弘學苑」導入五大專用教室：髮妝教室、文創教室、烘焙教室、廚藝教室、律動教室，結合各領域傑出師資，重新定義Lifestyle，以時尚空間讓您在自然不造作的氛圍，體驗料理藝術。

 Hongxueyuan is a brand new promotion education center of Hongguang University of Science and Technology. It has a million-dollar luxury cooking class, hairdressing classroom, conference room and seminar room. It introduces the most delicious cooking, baking, parenting, hairdressing and beauty.
