何	何泓瑜 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很幸運在台中店一開始營運沒多久時，就成為達譽的客人。當初佩萱、淑芬的接待以及討論、規劃，由於買預售離實際動工裝潢的日子還很漫長，我們盡可能將我們天馬行空的想法提案出來、以及網路上找的圖示希望配置在家裡的哪個部位，而她們則會給予我們實際使用上的建議，很有規劃的在這段等待裝潢的時間內每一次完成各自的進度。後續實際裝修時，凱傑的加入幫忙我們把關施工的品質、以及臨時有的狀況溝通都非常完善。一步一步到位，完整了整個房子。 Fortunately, soon after the Taichung store started operating, it became a customer of Da Yu. At the time Peixuan and Shufen’s reception, discussion, and planning, because the pre-sales were still a long time before the actual construction and decoration, we tried our best to propose our wild ideas, as well as the icons found on the Internet, and hope to configure them at home. Which part, and they will give us practical suggestions for use, and they plan to complete their respective progress every time during the waiting time for decoration. In the follow-up actual decoration, Kaijie's participation helped us to check the quality of the construction and the communication of temporary conditions are very perfect. Step by step, complete the whole house.

The super high efficiency made us admire. When accompanied by the ceramic tile kitchen utensils, we provided professional and pertinent suggestions. As a layman, we also learned a lot of knowledge in the process. The response to group questions is fast and practical, and our problems were solved almost immediately. During the construction, I personally supervised the workers and reported them with photos. They were very relieved during the three-month decoration process! Choosing Dayu is like finding a good professional friend to build the house of your dreams together. You can communicate freely, rest assured and trust, and just wait and move in at ease~

They are good at their craft and are all very easy to work with. We were a bit picky when it came to the design style, color, and requirements, but our designer Fang was very patient and satisfied all of our requirements. Will definitely let them design more houses in the future!
