★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中規中矩的烤鴨，因為吃過太多間烤鴨了，只能給三星；烤鴨的技法有待提升，鴨油都給你烤沒了；片鴨的手法有待改進，你知道什麼是順口嗎？炒鴨的火候有待加強，建議大家回家可以用熱鍋大火再炒一次；餅皮的選擇實在扣分，硌嘴吶！醬料的搭配用的是通配的那種，我是覺得太稀了，後來用自己調的。 小時候吃到這家烤鴨應該會很開心，現在嘴刁了，其實還是好吃的，只是可以更好吃，店家加油。

半隻有附送一包餅皮一包醬跟一捆蔥
餅皮一包是六片 一片可再撕成二薄片
買整隻鴨也是一包餅皮但是有三包醬還有一綑蔥
覺得餅皮不夠可以再加購
但是我個人覺得一包餅皮就夠了
太多餅皮吃不完 個人更喜歡單吃鴨肉 超級讚！
不管是片鴨還是炒的都超級好吃
