I thought foreigners went to the bank to identify things. It ’s troublesome. I know that I went to the bank a few days ago to identify foreign exchange. I think the bank staff is professional and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務台好像是來度假的，開個戶口可以搞半個多小時還搞不出來，服務品質真的要好好檢討一下，跟公營的沒什麼兩樣
The service desk seems to be here on vacation. It can take more than half an hour to open an account and still can’t get it. The quality of service really needs to be reviewed. It is no different from the public ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我往來過很多銀行,這家分行的服務速度與態度,算是非常不錯的了.我看了有些留言抱怨開戶速度,冤親債主是美國的防恐,及金管會與銀行公會的過度小心了.
I have traveled to many banks. The service speed and attitude of this branch is very good. I have read some messages complaining about the speed of opening an account. The debtor is the anti-terrorism of the United States, and the financial management committee and the banking association are overly careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃員辦事紮實服務親切 年輕新手速度較慢 但禮貌十足 假以時日均可獨當一面 服務台尤為難得 見一對外國夫婦(先生白人太太東南亞人吧) 櫃員能耐心與其溝通 辦妥他們的需求 本土銀行深耕有成 且有能力服務外籍人士 十分難能可貴
The tellers have a solid service, the young and novices are slower, but they are polite and can be alone. The service desk is especially difficult to see. A pair of foreign couples (Mr. White Mrs. Southeast Asians). The tellers can patiently communicate with them and their needs are met by local banks. The ability to serve foreigners is very valuable.

The efficiency is very poor. Just like two years ago, the remittance has to wait more than 30 minutes (only 5 customers on site)
