他們有FB粉絲專頁，會把不利自己的留言刪掉並設黑名，處理態度消極，接電話的有個聽起來年紀大的小姐態度超差。

在拆下舊馬桶要安裝時，才發現不對勁，經求證後還硬拗當時的訂價不可能買到單體式馬桶，所以才送分離式的來，師父要裝不是不裝也不是。
我回她，我買的是單體式馬桶，當天也在現場也有試座，如果價格有問題，當天我自然不會下訂，我去別家看跟別家買就好了，所以不可能發生下訂了再送分離式的來的問題。
最後還是換了單體式馬桶給我，我並不是奧客，我只是要回我原本下訂時該得到的商品。如果當天在已拆下舊馬桶的情況下"將就"的裝上去，那就真的吃了大虧。我也覺得這應該是他們常用的手法，所以上門前請三思 。
