售後服務非常差。 我們買新成屋,建商提供的主臥衛浴是和林氏建材配合的,但搬進來後東西陸續有狀況,而讓我失望到谷底的是服務的過程。 1. 浴缸水流切換器故障 聯繫多次才派師傅過來看,看完之後說要再找時間帶工具和零件來處理。過了幾天來處理,但沒有修好,狀況更糟。又過了好幾天才換另一名工程師來處理,把浴缸都拆開才修好,詢問原因是原先裝配時沒裝好。(但這不就表示一開始廠商就沒有好好安裝?) 2. 免治馬桶遙控器故障 搬進來不到半年的時間,遙控器就壞掉,一開始我們聯繫建商,建商說會聯繫廠商處理,但一直沒有回應,追了建商幾次後建商直接給我們廠商聯繫方式,即林氏建材的聯繫方式,我們自己打了多通電話,每次都說會再派人了解和聯繫我們,但一等就是幾個月過去。直到最近連續兩三天打電話過去,並要求維修單位的主管接電話,才開始有回應。接著,工程師來把遙控器拿會去說要維修,過了一週東西回來了收了 400 元,但當天晚上就又出現問題無法使用,我打電話回去反應,得到的說法是其實這是進口遙控器原廠是規定不能修的,他們是好心幫我看能不能從壞掉的遙控器換一些零件就好,400 算是檢修費沒有保證修好(那為什麼不在一開始先說?),我不能接受因此要求退費並且表示不修遙控器了,但維修單位課長說再給他們一次機會,一個禮拜給我回應。好了,東西拿回去一個月沒消沒息,又是我自己打電話過去問,得到的說法是最近沒有等到別的故障遙控器因此沒辦法維修(那為什麼都不會給顧客回應? 說好的一週?),告訴我不然就是請我買一支新的遙控器,給我折扣,算我 7000(國外進口的東西我知道貴,但這樣的服務品質我不敢再用),我拒絕了,我要求當初說好的修不好就退費,因此我拿到 400 元和我原本無法使用的遙控器,就此停損(從遙控器壞掉聯繫建商開始,已經經過一年多的時間),並且確定未來絕對不會再購買這家公司的產品。

後續更新: 先說結果, 林氏後來有積極派人來處理, 目前看起來很OK, 星等先調到3星 但針對林氏在Google上的回覆, 得說售後服務得再加油一點 1. 林氏有專業工務團隊, 除了安裝之外, 理應也遇過許多後續售後相關的詢問與問題, 經驗豐富 若要建議消費者找專門通水管的服務, 應提醒通水管時, 可能需把小便斗拆下, 並注意水管會不會有被通壞的可能性 消費者無法注意到或不懂這種細節, 通水管不屬於林氏的服務範圍完全可以理解 但細節的提醒, 可以避免掉很多不必要的麻煩, 也可增加消費者對林氏的信心 2. 馬桶水箱尺寸不合, 重新叫料當然沒問題 但是若要改不符合尺寸的水箱裝上去的話, 這就可能有問題了 因為這可能有風險, 而承擔風險的是消費者 後續工務主管有謹慎處理, 目前施工後家人覺得OK, 謝謝林氏工務主管積極處理 跟林氏建材買衛浴設備要三思 1. 小便斗因有點阻塞的問題, 經詢問林氏建材, 他們只對客人說, 可以自己找人通, 他們沒在處理這塊。以衛浴設備來說, 他們應該是要用專業的角度來處理這件事情, 因為對於這塊他們是專業的。結果消費者求助竟然是得到這種令人傻眼的答覆。也沒提醒說要通一定要把小便斗拆下來通比較不會傷到, 這也是我們後來才知道的。 2. 馬桶水箱, 因為當初馬桶是向他們買的, 若干年後有問題, 請他們協助修繕應該也是合理。後來帶來的水箱不合尺寸就算了, 也不敢保證裝了就沒問題, 所以後來家人表明拒絕安裝, 才作罷。後來說會再聯繫, 也沒有再找我們討論, 後續要怎麼處理。打電話問他們業務也只說會請工務聯絡。 對於這樣的後勤服務我們真的不是很開心
