大廳很寬闊，有高級感，中庭造景花園我認為是此社區最大的特色，喜歡綠意的人應該會覺得公設的花費會給的比較心甘情願。
一層六戶兩台電梯，標配電子門鎖，格局大同小異，不過印象中大多是單面直接採光，一面間接，這邊室內坪數不算太大，所以感覺採光沒有受到太多影響。不是每一戶都有可以走出去的陽台，沒有陽台的有露台可以種花草。
覺得是不錯的社區，旁邊還有幼稚園，適合有托兒需求的小家庭。

Not every household has a balcony that can go out, and those without a balcony can plant flowers.
I think it is a good community, and there is a kindergarten next to it, suitable for small families with childcare needs.
