今天幸運的坐了個好位置,可以清楚看著食材透過老闆的刀工、手藝變化成一道道美食料理。每道料理都可感受到食物本身的特色風味,是場豐富又滿足的味蕾饗宴,期待下次的再訪。 老闆親切幽默(疑)的介紹食材,還能有條不紊的掌控食材溫度、上餐速度,想必是下過很多工夫才能內化出這樣的功力。年輕夫婦經營的板前料理,很推薦?

師傅真的很健談,人很好。 開胃的前菜很喜歡,自製的醋涷很清爽,白子一點腥味都沒有、安康魚肝也處理的不錯。 只是在熟食環節的部分,食物都是涼涼溫溫的(特別是當天的天婦羅,麵衣都涼掉跑油出來,魚因為部位的關係都是魚刺,吃起來也是蠻不友善) 壽司環節食材都很新鮮,但不知道是否是因為調味或處理方式的關係,吃不太到食材本身的味道。如果不特別說明,我會覺得一直在吃同一種壽司(因為沒什麼味道,就算有差別也是細微的差異。 醃漬的薑片跟蘿蔔都很好吃,很喜歡。 店裡人手只有師傅和師傅的太太,稍顯不足,在茶水的更換、漬物的添加,可能要直接和師傅說。餐盤的更換上,有時都需要等待,但加收一成服務費,店家可能需要在這方面做其他改善
