榮登心目中台中烤鴨排行榜第一名的傳統烤鴨,外帶回家皮還是脆的,不油膩又juicy,調味也剛好!!唯一缺點就是假日一定要記得打電話預訂,沒有預訂不是要等一小時以上就是完售!! 餅皮薄又好撕開,甜麵醬是比較水一點比較清爽的類型,不是很稠很甜又很鹹的那種,鴨架可以加高麗菜炒(真心推薦一定要加),微辣吃起起來是沒有辣度小孩子都能接受的,小辣就會吃的出辣度了!! 個人實在不太喜歡爸爸之前很愛的美村路那間大排長龍烤鴨店,總覺得鴨味很重,炒的鴨架也太鹹,自作主張的買了一次鴨屋的烤鴨回家之後,爸爸連續吵著要吃烤鴨三個禮拜,而且再也沒說要吃別家的了!!
