m	mona chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用foodpanda點了一個不再累牛滿面套餐，拿到餐點才想哭，點了麻辣湯頭，湯頭淡又不辣就算了，菜頭硬到要用筷子用力戳，從點餐到拿到餐等了一個小時，吃到這樣的東西有夠生氣，我訂其他分店都沒這個問題。當下很想直接給一顆星，但有人建議我先打電話問問店家聽他們的回覆。打電話給店家反應問題，跟我說：菜頭是跟冷凍蘭花干一起煮的，如果蘭花干有熟，菜頭就ok，蘭花干是豆腐欸，當然一下就熟啦！菜頭用力咬，滿滿的生土味。然後店家又說他們的菜頭跟外面吃到軟軟的不一樣，就很明顯是沒煮透啊，還一直狡辯，聽了更不高興。至於湯頭很淡，是因為有加菜頭，所以湯頭會變比較淡，那寫麻辣湯頭是什麼意思？去外面吃麻辣鍋也不會因為有加菜頭就不辣啊！時間等一個小時，不是問題，重點是餐點品管很重要。
