★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家711的店員服務態度真的很好，我想也是因為這原因客人才會絡繹不絕吧，畢竟服務不好的店是沒有人會想走進去的！有時候結帳要排隊等一下，但是他們已經用最快速度在消化客群了，多給人家一點同理心吧，人家已經做到無法挑剔了一些疏漏的提醒一下，他們也是會馬上服務的。
還記得有次要寄貨，買的便利袋太小塞不進，向店員問了有沒有多餘紙箱，他們把客人都結帳完空閒時幫我去找，雖然我等了很久後來也沒找到紙箱，但單憑人家願意幫你找這點，就可以理解這家店的服務真的是以客為尊！！！很感謝

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天(1/21)凌晨3:39，蝦皮平台、手機簡訊都通知貨已到門市，結果早上8:00至台中豐年門市取貨！店員回覆晚上再來領，因為目前正在理貨，還不能取！如果不能領取，手機簡訊都傳訊息通知取貨！還不能領？浪費民眾時間！貨號：xxx68782xxx，3:39分包裏配達取件門市；8:00取貨被告知晚上再來！當時8點多，店內4名店員，現場只有約2名客人，且店員是在收銀機確認有貨；卻無法取貨！已向總公司申訴。
業主回覆當日7點多物流才到，附上照片證實物流3:39分就到！簡訊也是！這麼公然的說⋯⋯算了！哈哈哈

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豐年小七的每個服務員都很熱心跟勤奮，很替顧客著想。現在我們享受的每個服務，都是他們經過多少訓練跟從錯誤中學習得來的成果。
換位思考，你能有多少的能力可以在看似簡單的便利商店工作。五倍卷的壓力，他們的緊繃，都值得我們多一些的等待跟體諒。
這個門市的孩子們跟老闆娘辛苦你們了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 方便停車（機車）且對我而言平日會使用的東西在這幾乎都有，覺得店員素質及效率算很平均也很貼心。所以即使附近還有其他7-11超商，還是比較喜歡來這間門市?
