★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有個男的驗光師態度極差 驗完就趕人走 而且這間店就用機器量個兩分鐘就說配完了叫我們走了 騙鬼啊 其他眼鏡行都會再用人工重新確認尋找最適合你的度數 還會量斜視和色彩平衡 這間三明技術爛透 態度極差 尤其那個男的講一講還生氣 無良店 我會跟學校所有人說這間地雷

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我昨天買隱形眼鏡老闆娘那拿錯度數我也沒仔細看，正常來說店家都是不給換的，拿著錢想說應該要自己再花錢再買。我也順便帶著度數錯誤的隱形眼鏡過去，老闆跟老闆娘竟然跟我道歉說他們拿錯度數讓我換，也沒有像其他店家臭臉這樣子，我真的有嚇到。加上最近我想要配眼鏡就是他們家了！服務超好！
（請不要因個人喜好問題惡意退貨或換貨，除非真的是瑕疵品還是有問題商品才跟店家協商以免造成店家損失也造成自己麻煩）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前前後後來配了三次，前二次感覺還ok也介紹了不少朋友過去配眼鏡（連我家二個小孩也從埔里跑來這邊配眼鏡），昨天不小心把眼鏡摔到鏡框裂掉了戴起來鬆鬆的很不習慣，所以就趕緊來配一隻眼鏡，這三次都是給這位做了40年的老老闆來接待我的，前兩次驗光啦溝通什麼的都ok，這次跟做了40年的老老闆說鏡片規格都跟上一次一樣，價錢也跟上次一樣我也就一次付清了，當下心裡想著怎麼沒有跟我對一下鏡片的規格…..結果今天去拿的時候鏡片的規格少了一樣抗藍光的功能。感覺就草率了怎麼會犯這種錯誤，是不是做了40年倦怠了，原本想給1顆星的，剛剛接到老老闆打來的電話要我回去換，我是不會回去換，大家都很忙我也沒那時間跑來跑去的。這次配眼鏡的感受 驗光草率 溝通草率（愛理不理的也可能是疫情的關係吧）在這邊跟大家分享
對了還有店家是走平價路線所以要好一點有質感的鏡框可以自己帶過去給店家換，分享一下我上次帶過去給店家換的手工鏡框
